1. The marketplace
Dimiourgima.gr is an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent makers and other permitted sellers of handmade or creative goods. The platform is not the manufacturer or owner of third-party goods.
Contact: 16 Papanastasiou Street, Patras 26333, Greece · +30 6943507247 · admin@dimiourgima.gr.
2. Accounts & sellers
Registration is available as Customer or Creator. Creator status is not a certification of professional or tax status. Sellers are responsible for the tax, social-security, licensing and consumer obligations applicable to their activity. The platform may request additional information where required by law, for secure payouts or fraud prevention.
3. Products & seller responsibility
Each seller is responsible for the legality, safety, authenticity, quality, accurate description, labelling, warnings, packaging and legally required documents for their goods. Regulated categories may require additional compliance information. Dimiourgima may review, hide or remove listings and suspend accounts where a risk or potential breach is identified.
4. Prices, payments & fees
Sellers set their prices and available stock. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, with card and IRIS via Viva when enabled. Dimiourgima does not store card details. Applicable fees are described on the Fees & Payouts page and displayed before transaction completion where required.
5. Shipping
Available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout. Orders containing goods from different creators may result in separate seller shipments and charges. Supported methods are those enabled on the platform, such as BOX NOW, seller courier or another declared delivery method.
6. Delivery, buyer protection & payout
After recorded delivery, the platform Buyer Protection flow applies. Where provided, an inspection period of up to 48 hours applies before the order becomes eligible for payout, unless the buyer confirms earlier that everything is satisfactory. A dispute may freeze payout until resolution.
7. Returns & consumer rights
Purchases from business sellers are subject to mandatory consumer rights and, where applicable, a 14-day withdrawal right. Statutory exceptions may apply, particularly to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Sales by occasional private sellers are not presented as professional B2C transactions.
8. Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Seller payouts may require a verified IBAN and limited proof of account ownership.
