Dimiourgima processes only the data necessary for accounts, orders, payments and seller payouts, shipping, support, fraud prevention and service security.
We do not store card details. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
To avoid payouts to an incorrect or unauthorised account, sellers provide beneficiary name, IBAN and, where bank payout is required, an account proof showing the beneficiary and IBAN. Processing is necessary for secure performance of the seller payout relationship and for the legitimate interest of preventing fraud and misdirected payments. Sellers are instructed to redact balances, transactions, card numbers and unrelated data. The proof is stored privately, available only to an administrator for review, and deleted as soon as approval or rejection is completed. Only beneficiary/IBAN plus the verification result, method and timestamp are retained for as long as necessary for payouts and related obligations/claims.
For the Newsletter we process your email only with explicit consent. Subscription uses double opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe option.
